Too big? Too small? We want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us, so we’ve tried to make our returns policy as simple as possible.

We hope you are happy with the products that you have purchased from us. However, if you wish to return any item(s), then you can do so within 14 days of receipt of goods. We will process your refund within 2 working days of receiving your unwanted item(s). Funds will be returned to the original payment method and notification will be sent by email.

When you return an item, we require that it’s in the original packaging, not worn, washed, damaged or had the product tags removed. We deem that the product tags are integral to the garment and must be present. We will not accept any item which fails to meet these criteria.

In order to start your return please print and fill in this form. The returns form must be placed inside the package upon return, if this is not present we will not be able to identify your order and subsequently no refund will be provided.

Please return your item via any carrier service you wish to the address listed below, please note you are responsible for the goods until they are returned safely to us, we would advise that all goods are sent on a tracked service with an appropriate level of insurance to cover the cost should the goods be damaged in transit or be lost by the couriers.

Please contact us the same email address at i[email protected], should the goods be damaged or faulty we will require photo's where applicable to process a return under warranty. If items are under warranty we will cover the expense of returning the items to us, should these items then be deemed not faulty or damaged we reserve the right to charge the cost of having the items collected and returned to us this amount is £15.00 + VAT. We will not process any refunds until this charge is paid.
